UNIVERSITY-EMPLOYER COOPERATIVE RELATIONS ARE EXPANDING
In order to create new work and practice opportunities for YSU students, a meeting with labor market representatives was organized at YSU Sociology Faculty.
Associate Professor of the Chair of Social Work and Social Technologies of the Faculty of Sociology, Nvard Melkonyan, emphasizing the application of theoretical knowledge in practical work, said: "The faculty regularly organizes meetings with the founders and representatives of various organizations to introduce students to their working style and experience gained over the years. The faculty has indicated cooperation with such national organizations, whose brand is known in the international labor market."
The guests were Arthur and Karen Khachatryan, the founders of the "Khachatryan" group of companies.
During the interview, Artur Khachatryan, co-founder of the "Khachatryan" group of companies, mentioned that this is their first meeting with students, but such meetings will be continuous.
"Within the framework of cooperation, the best students are given the opportunity to assess their own abilities, to apply the knowledge they have acquired at the university in practice, as well as to participate in training courses," pointed out the co-founder of the company.
At the end of the meeting, the students asked the guests the questions they were interested in, receiving multi-content and comprehensive answers.
