"YSU PROVIDES THE MAXIMUM SUPPLY OF NECESSARY KNOWLEDGE TO BE A COMPETITIVE SPECIALIST". ANI HAKOBYAN
Ani Hakobyan, a student of the Faculty of Geography and Geology of YSU, is studying in Barcelona, Spain, within the framework of the "Erasmus+" international credit mobility program. We interviewed her about the opportunities provided by the university, studying abroad, and other topics.
Narrated by Ani herself.
My primary goal was to enter Yerevan State University.
Having received an education at the Faculty of Geography and Geology of YSU and deeply studying my profession, I profoundly understood the importance of the service sector and tourism for our country. My professors always inspire me to deepen my professional knowledge, carry out a wide range of work activities in the future, and create projects.
The knowledge I gained at the university helped me a lot while studying abroad.
The idea of studying abroad arose while studying my profession and participating in international conferences of the YSU Student Scientific Society. I started researching the interactions and exchange programs of the university, particularly the Faculty of Geography and Geology. Now I am continuing my studies in Barcelona with a non-formal educational program, majoring in "Business and Destination Management and Marketing". Thanks to the education provided by YSU, I have the best professional knowledge and I do not face any difficulties when receiving new information.
The educational programs of YSU are not inferior to the educational programs of European universities.
I can confidently say that Yerevan State University provides the maximum amount of knowledge to be a leading specialist in the field. Having received an education at YSU, I can say that I have started the path of specialization in my favorite field, and studying abroad has given me new skills. In my opinion, anyone who wants to continue their education abroad should be persistent and determined.
Representing Yerevan State University abroad is a great honor for me.
I have had the opportunity to represent YSU in European countries and various programs, to talk about the education I received, professional skills, theoretical and practical knowledge, and experience exchange. We should also correctly represent our country and culture abroad, becoming a "cultural ambassador". Now I am trying to strengthen my knowledge so that I can implement my projects in the field of tourism and service upon my return. My motto is to never stop at anything and always move forward.
