The choice of my profession was unequivocal. I am sure that thanks to the knowledge provided by YSU, I will become one of the best specialists in the field, which I have always strived for.

I was probably one of the few applicants who had already decided on the choice of the profession at an early age. I was extremely interested in the chemical foundations of biological systems, and to gain comprehensive knowledge about them, I chose the Faculty of Biology at YSU. Being a graduate student, I can confidently say that it was the best choice of my life. I try to acquire professional knowledge also in an extracurricular environment by participating in various programs.

Despite my busy university life, I try to participate in various programs.

This year, I graduated from 3 summer schools, the and knowledge I gained once again strengthened my conviction that I made the right choice of profession. I am proud to be involved as a jury member in one of the school Olympiads, in which, by the way, I once participated as a student.

Being the president of the SSS of the faculty, I try to increase the interest in science among the members of the structure.

Making life sciences accessible to the public is a very topical issue nowadays, and the SSS of our faculty is of key importance in this respect. Through my activities in the student body, I intend to inspire students and increase their interest in science while showing them ways to implement ideas related to science.

I sincerely hope that the research carried out in the framework of my graduation work will have great practical significance in the future.

Field research is a big part of my interests. My graduation work is dedicated to bioplastic-producing microbes. The demand for non-synthetic plastics is growing worldwide, and steps to get rid of synthetics have become more urgent. 

YSU is an institution that provides the best opportunities, especially for students.

During the years of studying at the university, I gained a full understanding of my future profession and the opportunities it offers. While studying at YSU and gaining academic knowledge, you have the opportunity to get acquainted with such individuals who hold high values, and who are exemplary both as people and as scientists.
