THE BEST REPORTS OF THE GRADUATE STUDENTS AND APPLICANTS OF THE YSU FACULTY OF LAW WILL BE PUBLISHED IN A SEPARATE COLLECTION
The annual scientific session of graduate students and applicants of the YSU Faculty of Law was launched, during which the results of their scientific works were summarized and discussed.
At the 22nd annual scientific session, which started in the YSU courtroom, post-graduate students and applicants of the faculty presented to the professional community the research they had done on any topic that was part of their dissertation.
The dean of the Faculty of Law of YSU, PhD., professor, NAS academician Gagik Ghazinyan, told us that the best of the presented reports would be published in the form of articles, under the responsibility and guarantee of the chairs, in a separate collection of the faculty's "State and Law" journal. The latter is included in the Supreme Certifying Committee list of scientific periodicals and is available to the general scientific community. The dean added that this is also a tradition that in some way interests Ph.D. candidates to do scientific research.
The conference was held in three parts: in the first one, Ph.D. students and applicants of the YSU Civil Law and Civil Procedure Chairs presented their reports. In the second part, post-graduate students and applicants of the chairs of History and Theory of State and Law, Constitutional Law, European and International Law presented reports, and in the third part - Chairs of Criminal Processing, Criminalistics, and Criminal Law presented their reports. Fifty of the faculty's 56 post-graduate students and applicants are participating in the conference.
Let us inform you that the annual scientific session of the professorial staff of the Faculty of Law of YSU will start in a few days.
