YSU GOLD AND SILVER MEDALISTS WISHES FOR THE NEW YEAR
In 2022, YSU students who were awarded gold and silver medals sent New Year's wishes to the students and colleagues of the university.
Associate Professor of the Chair of English Philology of the YSU Faculty of European Languages and Communication, Ph.D. Svetlana Vardanyan, referring to the achievements of the previous year, emphasizes the fact that the laboratories operating at YSU are equipped with the latest equipment and adds that the presence of such laboratories contributes to the strengthening of theoretical knowledge in practice. S. Vardanyan wishes YSU students to continue to acquire deep knowledge in the field of their chosen profession in the coming year, upholding YSU in the international arena.
Wishing a year of peace, health, and success, the associate professor of the same chair, Ph.D. Marika Tonyan says, "Teaching for many years at Yerevan State University, my peers and I met many young people with whom we started to look at familiar phenomena in a new way. In addition to knowledge, we always strive to convey to students one of the secrets to being truly happy, which is to love your chosen profession. So let's be happy..."
Associate Professor of Physical Geography and Hydrometeorology Chair of the YSU Geography and Geology Faculty Kamo Aleksanyan in his congratulatory speech expresses hope that the year will bring new joy and happiness.
"The New Year is a year of faith and surprises. May it be a year of peace, progress, and achievements for our Motherland and Mother University. May there be joy and happiness in the heart of an Armenian, and a smile and love in the eyes. Let 2023 be a year of progress and growth for Armenia and Yerevan State University," says the YSU associate professor.
"I want every employee and student of YSU to uphold the name of the university this year because being a university student is honorable and implies great responsibility. The students who become the bearers of the most important missions, I fully hope that they will contribute to the development of various fields of our country...", wishes the Head of the Socio-economic Geography Chair of the same faculty, associate professor Vahagn Grigoryan.
Completing the series of wishes, Associate Professor of the Chair of Hydrogeology and Engineering Geology, Ph.D. Zhora Achoyan wishes the students a year of stable professional development.
Marina Muradyan, a leading specialist of the university's scientific secretariat, says, "I hope that both in previous years and in the New Year, the university will continue to maintain its leading position among the educational institutions of our country."
Wishing the university students success in all initiatives, the Director of the International Center for Prospective Research named after A. Sisakyan, Ph.D. Georgi Poghosyan emphasizes, "There is no pillared road in science. He who, overcoming difficulties, climbs its stony paths can only reach the brilliant peaks of science.
"Having defined problems for professional development in the New Year, strive steadily to solve them. I wish you to achieve your dreams with special diligence and persistence in 2023," says the Associate professor of the Department of Radiophysics and Electronics, Ph.D. Vitaly Kalantaryan.
