THE RESULTS OF THE 1ST LIQUIDATION PERIOD OG THE 2ND TERM HAVE BEEN SUMMARIZED: RECTORATE MEETING HAS BEEN HELD
The regular Rectorate meeting was held in the Assembly hall of YSU Academic Council, during which were summarized the results of the 1st liquidation period of the 2nd term of the academic year of 2017-2018.
YSU pro-rector for academic affairs Alexander Grigoryan presented the summary of the final period of baccalaureate and magistracy.
“About 2000 students of baccalaureate have liquidations in stationery system, and more than 800-in correspondence system”, said Alexander Grigoryan. The debts in magistracy are fewer-53 and 61 respectively. I want to remind that dissolution is applied after each phase ,i.e. after the examination period and two trials in taking liquidations”.
The pro-rector said that currently it is offered to apply dissolutions of the baccalaureate students with debts in total credits of 24 and higher. The number of such students is 28, and there are 4 students with credit debt of 12.
Besides, the students with tuition fee debts who have no permissions for prolongation of the terms of payment, are to be dissolved. There are 5 such students. All dissolutions will be discussed with deans”, said Alexander Grigoryan.
Generally, it is suggested to dissolve 37 students from stationery system of baccalaureate. 26 students with credit debts of 21 and higher, 14 students failed to pass after the 2nd trial (12 credit), and 10 students who didn’t pay the tuition fees are to be dissolved in correspondence system.

At the end of the meeting pro-rector Gegham Gevorgyan came up with an announcement informing that taking into account the high intensity of downloading the reports in intranet.ysu.am system the deadline for entering the reports is prolonged till September 20, and afterwards the system will be closed for any entries related to YSU activity reports.
