DISPUTES TO BE SETTLED IN ACCORDANCE WITH “THE LAWCODE” BY MKHITAR GOSH: MOOT COURT HAS BEEN HELD AT THE FACULTY OF LAW
On the initiative of the Chair of History and Theory of State and Law of YSU Faculty of Law and the Student Council, another moot court was held today for the freshmen.

The moot court was organized within the scope of “History of State and La of Armenia” course. In his interview to ysu.am the lecturer of the Chair of History and Theory of State and Law and the Chair of Constitutional Right Tigram Naghdalyan stated that the moot court is based on a certain situation set in “The Lawcode” by Mkhitar Gosh.
