SCIENTIFIC THEME: GAS SENSORS RESEARCH BY A NEW METHOD TO BE CARRIED OUT AT YSU
The scientific theme “The research of the structure of semiconductors by the method of impedance spectroscopy” presented by the postgraduate of the Faculty of Radiophysics of YSU Gevorg Shahkhatuni has been guaranteed for financing by the MES Science Committee.
The financing was carried out within the framework of “Program of support for postgraduates’ research-2018”. Presenting the scientific theme the head of the program explained that the aim of the research is to study the possibilities of impedance spectroscopy as a new method of studying the gas sensitivity of methoxide semiconductor sensors. He also noted that the results received for hydrogen peroxide environment show a greater sensitivity which had been expected at the beginning of the experiment.
