“ERASMUS+ PRINTEL” FACILITATES INSTALLATION OF INNOVATIVE PRINCIPLES IN EDUCATION
The monitoring of “ERASMUS+PRINTeL” project has been held today at YSU Centre of European Studies.
The director of the Quality Assurance Centre Armen Budaghyan, the leading specialist of the centre Marie Santurjyan, the coordinators of “ERASMUS +” program Lana Karlova and Edith Soghomuyan, representatives of the higher educational institutions of Armenia and delegates of various European organizations were present at the monitoring.
The coordinator of “ERASMUS+” Lana Karlova made a greeting speech at the beginning of the event. She briefly presented the program and claimed with delight that it justifies the expectations.
“The European Union gives you the possibility to cooperate with Europeans, Georgians and Belarussians. Such types of cooperation facilitate installation of innovative principles in the field of education”, said Lana Karlova.
The director of the Quality Assurance Centre Armen Budaghyan spoke about the methods and achieved results of “ERASMUS” program. He said that their aim is to encourage virtual mobility of lecturers and students facilitating this way their cooperation with different higher education establishments and to improve the system of education in different countries.
“There are 4 main tasks set before us: facilitating the centres for refreshment courses for lecturers, development of innovative methods of teaching for lecturers, creation of the academy of virtual teaching and studies, boosting the practice of innovative teaching and spreading of the best experience”, added Mr. Budaghyan.
The lecturers of Yerevan State University, National Polytechnic University of Armenia and Vanadzor State University spoke about the results they had achieved.
