OPEN LETTER TO THE RA HIGHER ATTESTATION COMMITTEE
Some scientific periodicals occurred at the focus of attention of the Higher Attestation Committee.
The experts of the commission claim that some scientific articles have insufficient quality. They outlined the list of the periodicals which need reconsideration. This decision caused discontent and concerns of some scientific circles and they addressed a letter to the Higher Attestation Committee.
