MAIN PROBLEMS OF ADMINISTRATIVE PROCEEDING TO BE STUDIED MORE DEEPLY AT YSU FACULTY OF LAW: INTERNATIONAL EXPERIENCE IS STUDIED
The German International Cooperation Organization (GIZ), within the frames of “Legal Approximation to the European Standards in South Caucasus” program, on February 3-7 YSU delegation visited the German Research Institute for Public Administration in Speyer.
YSU delegation involved the Dean of the Faculty of Law Gagik Ghazinyan, the head of the Chair of Civil Proceedings Vahe Hovhannisyan, the researchers of the same chair Pavel Tadevosyan and Tigran Khachikyan as well as the chairman of the RA Cassation Court Yervand Khundkaryan, the chairman of the RA Cassation Administrative Court Hovsep Badeyan and the judge of the same court Ara Babayan.
Gagik Ghazinyan informed us that the main goal of the visit was instillation of the bases of “Administrative proceeding” subject at YSU Faculty of Law, perspectives of development and outlining of directions. “It is highly important to study the international experience and its best localization before institutional instillation of any subject and its teaching. This visit was very important from this point of view. It makes it possible to work out the concept of “Administrative proceeding” subject”, stressed the Dean of the Faculty.
According to him, the academic effectiveness of the visit is also outlined in the student book of administrative proceeding which is very important from the point of view of simplification of the process of the subject installation. At the end of the meeting an agreement was made to tighten the cooperation between the two academic institutions.
