28 STUDENTS OF FACULTY OF BIOLOGY TO GET QUALIFICATION OF TEACHER
This year, for the first time, the 3rd year students of the Faculty of Biology are to have pedagogical internship which will last 4 weeks (February-March). We had a talk with the Deputy Dean of the Faculty of Biology Karen Ghazaryan.
During the first week of internship the students will be present at lessons to familiarize themselves how teachers conduct lessons, and during the next three weeks they will conduct lessons themselves.
Mr. Ghazaryan informed that the pedagogical internship is provided by voluntary principle so 28 students expressed wish to participate in the internship.
These students will also take part in pedagogical internship during their 4th year.
The students, who want to get the qualification of teachers, study additional subjects provided for pedagogical educational block from the second year.
The qualification of teachers will give these students the possibility to find their place at the job market, as nowadays qualified teachers are required in schools.
