MASTER CLASS AT YSU: STUDENTS ARE FAMILIARIZED WITH PECULIARITIES OF GETTING READY AND HAVING AN INTERVIEW
On the initiative of the Chair of Management and Business of the YSU Faculty of Economics and Management, a master class entitled “Human Resources Management and Leadership” of “Business organization and management” subject was organized for the senior students of Baccalaureate.
The deputy head of YSU Chair of Management and Business Anna Hakobjanyan informed that such master classes with the representatives of different organizations will be continuative.
According to her, the goal of the master class is to familiarize students with the peculiarities of working with a staff, processing staff development strategies and demonstrations of leadership in an organization, as well as with the mechanisms of proper staff selection.
The master class was delivered by the head of “VivaCell-MTS” HR Planning and Development division Marianna Edilyan.
She explained the students how to draw a resume and CV, presented their differences, how to get ready for interviews, and how to get accustomed to the work style of the company after being employed.
According to Marianna Edilyan, such meetings will help students to get oriented at the job market.
At the end of the meeting Marianna Edilyan answered the students’ questions.
