YSU STUDENTS GET NEW THEORETICAL AND PRACTICAL KNOWLEDGE IN HUMAN AND CIVIL RIGHTS
On March 4-8, a number of 2nd year students of the Faculty of Law of YSU participated in the spring school of Constitutional Law organized by the German International Cooperation organization (“GIZ”) in Tsakhkadzor.
The aim of the spring school was to present the main provisions of regulation of the human and civil rights in the RA Constitution which was completely re-considered in 2015.
The second year students of the Faculty of Law Emma Petrosyan, Marina Makyan, David Meyronyan, Arman Hakobjanyan, Volodya Mazmanyan, Lida Kocharyan and Milena Tonoyan took part in the spring school.
According to the participants, the spring school gave them the possibility to understand the main provisions, functions, methods of implementation of the basic rights fixed in the RA Constitution. They particularly outlined the lectures of the German Doctor, Professor Otto Luchterhandt.
The students mentioned that they are going to organize seminars and meeting-discussions during which they will be able to share their knowledge with others.
