YSU STUDENTS TO PARTICIPATE IN SEMINAR AND LEARN THE SKILLS REQUIRED FOR PUBLIC FIGURES
The students of YSU Faculty of Law Victoria Hakobjanyan and Tatev Martirosyan took part in the seminar entitled “I am public figure” held in Kiev on February 15-18.
The representatives of NGOs and university activists of Armenia and the Ukraine take part in the annual seminar to discuss the problems of civil society and political events of the t wo countries.
The seminar is held within the frames of the programs of “Konrad Adenauer” foundation representing the Eastern Partnership in the Ukraine.
The students of the Faculty of Law told us that on the first day of the seminar, the coordinator of the “Greencubator-Network” NGO Roman Zinchenko delivered a lecture presenting the participants the important theoretical and practical provisions in the field of social changes.
On the second day the participants visited the Coalition of NGOs in the Ukraine. During the visit they familiarized themselves with the secret of cooperation of 83 NGOs, which is aimed at making social improvements.
Then the seminar was continued with the reports of Armenian participants during which were presented the political situation in Armenia, foreign relations, media status and the activity of NGOs in Armenia.
