SCIENTIFIC ACTICLE OF YSU STUDENT IS RECOGNIZED BEST IN INTER-UNIVERSITY CONTEST
On April 26, the 3rd year student of the Faculty of Law of YSU David Gharibyan took part in the inter-university contest for scientific articles and won the first prize.
“The Intellectual Property and Information Technology-2019” contest was implemented on the initiative of “Intellectual Property Owners Club” Human Rights NGO and “Internet Society” NGO and with the support of the RA Ministry of Education and Science.
The aim of the contest was to reveal perspective directions in the sphere of protection of rights, to increase the interest of youth in the field of intellectual property rights protection and to encourage research activity of students and specialists of the sphere.
The contest consisted of two stages: written and oral. David Gharibyan successfully passed through the first stage with his article entitled “ Necessity of fare use institution in the RA”, then performed excellently in the oral stage.
The jury included 10 experts of the sphere and they recognized David’s article and his abilities to present the material to be the best.
It should be noted that recently David participated in the 8th annual competition moot court related to the Intellectual Property Right where his team was recognized the winner of the written stage.
