“ARMENIAN WOMEN HAD THEIR CRUCIAL ROLE IN ALL TIMES: DEAN OF FACULTY OF HISTORY EDIK MINASYAN

The series of seminars was organized on the initiative of the laboratory for the Studies of anti-Armenian Propaganda Discourse in English.

The seminar entitled “Heroic image of Armenian woman in Armenian history” was conducted today by the Dean of the Faculty of History Edik Minasyan.

According to him, the image of Armenian woman has been unrightfully neglected many times, but when we study our history we understand how crucial her role was in all times.

The head of the Chair of English Philology Seda Gasparyan informed that the themes of the upcoming seminars are ““The Armenian Identity in Buxtons’ Accounts for the British Government”, “Kemal Yalcin’s Observations of Silenced Armenian Memories”.
