NEW PACKAGE OF “REGIONAL POLITICS” MASTERE PROGRAM
The presentation of the new package of Master program “Regional Politics” has been held in Paleans hall of YSU.
Within the 7 years of its duration this Master program had 66 alumni, 39 of which (nearly 60%) got engaged in professional activity.
The leader of “Regional Politics” MP, PhD in Political Science, Associate Professor Narek Galstyan spoke about the goals of the program: improvement of the program, preparation of qualified specialists and mutual support in professional and working activity.
The lecturer of the MP, PhD in History Erik Davtyan presented 10 reasons for applying for “Regional Politics” Master program.
The reasons range from rich e-library, assessment system to skilled teaching staff.
Narek Galstyan informed that the students can participate in foreign programs as the assessment system simplify students’ mobility.
According to him the “RePo” program includes both experience exchange and leisure time organization for students plus “RePo” expeditions.
The head of the Chair of Political Institutes and Processes of YSU, Doctor of Political Sciences, Professor Garik Keryan and the lecturer of “Regional Politics” MP Vice-Rector on Academic Affairs Menua Soghomonyan also made speeches in which they outlined the political significance of the Master program.
