PROPERTY RIGHT DOGMATICS ACCORDING TO GERMAN FEDERAL CONSTITUTIONAL COURT: LECTURE AT YSU
The former judge of German Constitutional Court, Professor, Doctor Michael Eichberger delivered a lecture in the session hall of the Faculty of Law of YSU.
The lecture delivered within the frames of the cooperation established between the Faculty of Law of YSU and the German International Cooperation (GIZ), was organized on the initiative of “Legal approximation towards European standards in South Caucasus” program of the GIZ.
At the beginning of the lecture, the Associate Professor of the Chair of European and International Law and the lawyer and expert of the “Legal approximation towards European standards in South Caucasus” program Nora Sargsyan stated that its activity is targeted at promoting legal education development.
During the lecture entitled “The dogmatics of Paragraph 14 of German Constitution (Right to Property) according to German Federal Constitution Court” Mr. Eichberger presented some aspects of the Paragraph and different views of its content.
It should be noted that on May 20, on the initiative of “Legal Approximation towards European standards in South Caucasus” program the judge of German Federal Administrative Court and Chairman of the Chamber, Professor, Doctor Rudiger Rubel delivered a lecture on “ Influence of Constitutional Law on Administrative Procedure and Lawsuit” at the Faculty of Law of YSU.
