NEW MANUAL AT FACULTY OF LAW: 4TH EDITION OF THE SPECIAL PART OF “CRIMINAL COURT OF REPUBIC OF ARMENIA” TEXTBOOK IS READY

The head of the group of authors of the manual is the Dean of the Faculty of Law, Doctor of Law, Professor, Academician of the RA NAS Gagik Ghazinyan, the authors are the head of the Chair of Criminal Proceedings and Criminalistics, Doctor of Law, Profssor Samvel Dilbandyanm the associate professors of the Chair Armen Harutyunyan, Armen Hovhannisyan, Hrayr Ghukasyan, Sergey Marabyan and Tatevik Sujyan.

Samvel Dilbandyan informed that significant amendments were made in the 4th edition and the legislative changes made up to January 1, 2019 were taken into account. The Dean of the Faculty of Law Gagik Ghazinyan informed that the faculty adopted the strategy of development which provides students with practical skills based on proper theoretical knowledge.

The book is provided for students, tutors and post-graduates of faculties of law as well as can be useful for practicing lawyers and people interested in criminal investigation.
