ROUND TABLE DISCUSSION RELATED TO WATER CONSUMPTION NOTIFICATION OF LOCAL SELF-GOVERNANCE BODIES
The round table discussion of the draft of the policy “On the notification of local self-governance bodies about applications for water consumption permission” was held in the Environmental Law Resource Centre of the Faculty of Law of YSU.
The event was held within the frames of “Participatory and effective use of water resources” program.
The representatives and experts of the RA Ministry of Environment, local self-governance bodies, NGOs were present at the discussion.
The chief specialist of the division for water consumption permissions of the RA Ministry of Environment naira Hovhannisyan made a speech in which she presented the legislation related to the procedures of notification about water consumption.
