DEVELOPING NEW PROGRAMS OF COLLABORATION AND EXPERIENCE EXCHANGE BETWEEN YSU FACULTY OF LAW AND LUISS UNIVERSITY OF ITALY

The guests were welcomed by the Dean of the Faculty of Law Gagik Ghazinyan, the head of the Chair of Civic Procedure Vahe Hovhannisyan, the Associate Professor of the Chair of Criminal Law Anna Margaryan, the Associate Professor of the Chair of Constitutional Law Anahit Manasyan.

During the meeting the Dean of the Faculty of Law of YSU Gagik Ghazinyan presented the activity, the programs of the faculty and the fields where there is need for staff retraining.

The parties discussed the new directions of cooperation between the two universities, the issues related to the organization of programs and joint trainings.

The Vice-Rector on Foreign Relations of Luiss University Mr. Rafael Marketti noted that he is going to inform his colleagues about the programs and collaboration.

In the near future the parties plan a visit to Rome, to provide trainings of YSU lawyers in corresponding spheres and experience exchange with the specialists of the field of law of Luiss University.

Mr. Ghazinyan informed us that Bankruptcy Procedure subject is not included in the curriculum of Bachelor program, but this is the sphere where specialists’ retraining is required. So the further cooperation will make it possible to solve the problem.
