About the program
Yerevan State University's Center for Continuing Education (CCE) with the financial support of the European Union and in cooperation with the British organization Conciliation Resources is implementing a program, the purpose of which is to develop communication, negotiation, and conflict management and prevention capabilities of the Armenian society.
Within the framework of the project, the CCE announces a tender to develop and implement short-term informal training courses on any of the following topics:
Negotiation skills
Cross-cultural communication
Conflict management in the workplace
Constructive communication
Conflict prevention and resolution.

Expected outcomes
The selected applicant must develop and implement a short-term (maximum 5 days) informal training course for civil servants, as well as YSU faculty and staff, on any of the following topics:
Negotiation skills
Intercultural communication
Conflict management in the workplace
Constructive communication
Conflict prevention and resolution
Who can apply?
Trainers with experience in developing and implementing informal educational programs on the mentioned topics who meet the following criteria can participate in the competition.
Education (at least Master's degree) in Psychology, conflict resolution, Sociology, Management, Anthropology, Law, or other relevant fields.
At least three years of experience in developing and implementing non-formal short-term educational programs on relevant topic/topics.
Experience working with adult learners.
List of implemented programs/training related to the proposed topic.
Knowledge of the English language.
Selection
The best proposals will be selected from the applications received according to the criteria below:
applicant's compliance with established requirements, including education, professional/work experience, etc.;
compliance with the proposed approach/initial concept of the program with the requirements of the call.

Full and proper filling of the application: 5
Clarity and relevance of the proposed program to the methodology of non-formal education programs for adults, as well as to the chosen topic: 30
Total: 50
Funding
Task:
Funding volume (AMD, taxes included)
Course/module development (including assignments, teaching methods, etc.): 500,000-600,000
Implementation of training: maximum of 415,000
