Admission requirements
Admission to the "Management Psychology" educational program is based on an oral examination. The exam questionnaire can be found in the "Admission" section.
The aim of the program
The program aims to prepare researchers and specialists in the fields of management, organizational, applied, and social psychology who will be able to analyze and coordinate psychological problems related to the spheres of state and non-state administration, to predict, evaluate, analyze, regulate, and psychological problems arising in organizations, to invest the results of scientific research achievements, professional knowledge and expertise in the environment of organizations, as well as to organize and direct the management of the organization's activities through psychological counseling.
Advantages
The knowledge and abilities gained within the program enable graduates to implement psychological services in the organization, conduct training programs, analyze existing problems in the field, and assess the resources needed for their solution.
Career opportunities
Graduates of the "Management Psychology" program have the opportunity to work in state and non-state institutions (Banks of the Republic of Armenia, HR departments of the IT sector, advertising agencies, international organizations implementing educational and social programs, television, relevant infrastructures of commercial, entrepreneurial, production organizations) by occupying the following positions.
- Psychologist-consultant,
- Public relations infrastructure psychologist,
- Human resource management specialist,
- Scientific and educational program coordinator,
- Socio-psychological program coordinator,
- Marketing department psychologist,
- Educational center psychologist,
- Responsible person for training programs.
Graduates of the program have the opportunity to continue their studies at the YSU Faculty of Philosophy and Psychology.
