On March 3, 2025, Yerevan State University hosted a lecture titled "The Constitutional and Legal Status of the Armenian Apostolic Church in Domestic and Foreign Policy," organized by the Student Scientific Society of the Faculty of Law.
The lecture was presented by His Grace Father Tovma Khachatryan, a member of the Mother See of Holy Etchmiadzin, the spiritual supervisor of ACYOWorld, and the Director of the Central Office, as well as Professor Gevorg Danielyan, a member of the Supreme Spiritual Council, Head of the Chair of Theory and History of State and Law at YSU Faculty of Law, and Doctor of Legal Sciences.
The discussion following the lecture addressed the role and significance of the Armenian Apostolic Church in the history of the Armenian people and today, as well as the relationship between the church and the state.
