The full-time program was launched in the 2017/2018 academic year. The duration of the "General and Medical Biochemistry" program is 2 years.
Admission requirements
The admission for the 2023/2024 academic year in full-time and part-time modes of study will be carried out by the requirements of the "YSU Master's degree (full-time and part-time) admission procedure".
The aim of the program
The program aims to prepare professionals specializing in "General and Medical Biochemistry", to provide students with basic knowledge and skills for medical-diagnostic activities, biochemical, clinical-laboratory, immunological and medical-genetic, medical-biological scientific research, to enable them to carry out medical-enlightenment activities on issues of health, healthy lifestyle, influence of environmental factors on health, prevention of various diseases, develop students' abilities to give lectures, conduct laboratory and practical classes with students of medical universities and colleges.

During the learning process, printed, electronic, Internet, and audio-visual educational resources are used (YSU library), televised and online lectures are organized, and practical classes are held in laboratories equipped with modern hardware and software.
