Continuous improvement of scientific research in focus In order to improve laboratory infrastructures, as well as to enrich them with modern equipment, YSU implements many programs and solves problems aimed at increasing the efficiency of the educational process, performing innovative research and developing science. Being funded by the Higher Education and Science Committee of the RA MoESCS, enrichment of the material-technical base of a number of YSU laboratories was implemented.
Steps towards the development of research skills at YSU To promote scientific research works, to ensure the representation of the results of researchers' scientific studies on international platforms, as well as to expand international scientific cooperation, the Academic Writing Center established in YSU continues its activities successfully, supporting young researchers in the field of academic writing.

Religion and the Ethics of Peacemaking: international online conference at YSU The establishment and strengthening of international cooperation with foreign universities and scientific centers are among the goals set by YSU's strategic development plan. Within the framework of this type of cooperation, an inter-Christian professional online conference titled "Deported and Forgotten Armenians without Nagorno Karabakh" was held at the YSU Faculty of Theology.
Changes in preparation and assessment order of Master's thesis Taking into account the strategic priorities of Yerevan State University and the reforms stemming from student-centered principles, there have been changes in the preparation and assessment order of the YSU master's thesis, which have been taken into effect since 2023-2024 academic year.
Armenian studies in authoritative international journals YSU, being a research institution, promotes the publication of articles in international, high-ranking scientific journals. Remarkable progress has been recorded in this direction at YSU Faculty of Armenian Philology; the teaching staff of the faculty tries to present the field of Armenian studies on international platforms by publishing research articles in high-ranking scientific journals.

In order to achieve this goal, the university regularly conducts renovation of auditoriums and laboratories and enriches them with modern equipment.
The development of artificial intelligence is on the YSU agenda Yerevan State University moves with the times and provides high-quality education, practically ensuring the solution of the problems defined by the strategic development plan. In this article, we have referred to the project implemented by the university in the field of artificial intelligence – YSU-Krisp AI Lab founded with joint efforts of the university and "Krisp" company, as well as the activities, achievements and future plans of the laboratory.
On the track of language skills development. YSU students are at Qatar University for the first time One of the priority goals of Yerevan State University is the internationalization of the university and the strengthening of cooperative relationships with foreign universities, within the framework of which Armine Karapetyan, Anahit Kocharyan and Milena Hambardzumyan, 3rd-year students from Arabic Studies program, Faculty of Oriental Studies, YSU receive education at the Arabic for Non-Native Speakers Center of Qatar University in the 2023-2024 academic year.
New opportunities for temperature measurements in the field of physics at YSU According to YSU's strategic development plan, the following objectives are set: improvement of laboratory infrastructures and enrichment of laboratories with modern equipment, the solution of which is aimed at improving the educational environment and developing innovative research and science. The project of equipping YSU Optoelectronics and Photonics Research Laboratory with state-of-the-art new equipment is aimed at the realization of these goals.
