THE NEW PENAL CODE OF THE RA WAS DISCUSSED AT YSU FACULTY OF LAW
The two-day discussion on the new Penal Code of the RA was held today at YSU Faculty of Law.
The initiative belongs to the RA Ministry of Justice and the German Foundation for International Legal Cooperation (IRZ).
They are working together since 2014.
Dean of the Faculty of Law Gagik Ghazinyan informed that more than a year ago a policy was developed to implement the interconnected, final refinement and implementation of all these projects.
‘By the way, in the working groups of the drafting of other codes are also mainly involved representatives of the faculty of Law’: said the Dean.
According to Gagik Ghazinyan, the Ministry of Justice is coordinating the work today.
