FRENCH PROFESSORS HAVE LECTURED AT THE FACULTY OF BIOLOGY
Professors Camille Lupiak and Stéphane Guillam from Franche-Comté university today delivered lectures at YSU Faculty of Biology.
The event was organized by the Center for Excellence in Applied Biology Nelli Hovhannisyan, Head of the Center for Microbiological Biotechnologies and Biofuels Innovation Karen Trchunyan, faculty lecturers and students.
Nelly Hovhannisyan, Head of the Center for Applied Biology, welcomed those present and thanked the lecturers from France.
She mentioned, that Faculty of Biology is actively cooperating with Franche-Comté University and within the framework of this cooperation they have invited professors to deliver lectures for the students, post-graduate students and young scientists of the faculty.
Students can choose the program's microbiological or physicochemical direction. Students who have earned enough credits as a result of the program will receive Franche-Comte and Yerevan State University diplomas.
Professors conduct research in the biochemistry of foodstuffs and its various components, as well as in bacteriological and chemical studies of wine.
