"It is the cultural component that creates the atmosphere where political and economic ties can develop. Therefore, today's event is more than just a poetic evening," said Vardan Voskanyan.
Seyed Hossein Tabatabai, Advisor of the Cultural Center of the Islamic Embassy of Iran in Armenia, thanked the staff of the faculty for supporting the organization of the event, as well as the students participating in the meeting.
He stated that due to such events, the two countries get acquainted with each other's culture and literature, which becomes a basis for further strengthening the scientific and literary ties established by both sides.
The students of the faculty presented the life, literary and artistic activity of Nima Yooshij, the founder of modern Iranian poetry, and the literary novelties that he brought to Iranian literature.
