COMMUNICATION ETHICS AS THE GUARANTEE OF SUCCESS: A LECTURE AT THE FACULTY OF INTERNATIONAL RELATIONS

During the lecture Gevorg Mkrtchyan presented the communication skills, general rules of manners and business etiquette, spoke about the difference between ethics and etiquette, correct manner of addressing and image which increase the chance to get succeeded. The speaker also touched upon the language of gestures bringing practical examples. At the end of the meeting there was a reference to the influence of communication ethics on international relations and diplomacy.
