Admission requirements
Graduates of RA state and accredited/institutional accredited non-state higher educational institutions with a Bachelor's degree in law or a qualified specialist can be included in the "Business Law and International Arbitration" Master's degree program on a competitive basis.
The aim of the program
The program aims to provide the student with deep, systematic, and comprehensive knowledge of business and business environment legislation and practice, international commercial and investment arbitration proceedings, to teach the student to analyze and interpret the legislation in the fields of business and international arbitration, its application practice, patterns and exceptions, to develop the student's professional abilities and skills to conduct research in the field of business law and international arbitration, to carry out legal consulting activities, to solve practical complex problems, and to prepare documents related to the field.
