“GEOLOGISTS ARE TO BE RESPONSIBLE FOR REVEALTION OF EARTH’S ORIGIN”: PRIEST GHAZAR PETROSYAN
Scientific lecture entitled “Science of Geology and Theory of Evolution” delivered by the former alumnus of the faculty priest Ghazar Petrosyan was held at the Faculty of Geography and Geology.
The Dean of the Faculty of Geography and Geology Marat Grigoryan, lecturers and students were present at the lecture.
Priest Ghazar Petrosyan has been living in clergy for 15 years. The clergyman started his lecture with a prayer and then presented the scientific article.
The discussion was developed round the analysis of Charles Darwin’s “The Origin of Species” and its connection with Geology.
At the end of the lecture, under the sponsorship of Doctor Ara Karamean, the priest awarded 4 best students of the faculty whose major is Geology.
