ԵՊՀ հոգաբարձուների խորհուրդը հաստատել է 2025-2030 թթ․ զարգացման ռազմավարական ծրագիրը և ընտրել Իջևանի մասնաճյուղի նոր տնօրենին ԵՊՀ գիտական խորհրդի նիստերի դահլիճում տեղի է ունեցել Հոգաբարձուների խորհրդի նիստը՝ օրակարգային 10 հարցով, որի ժամանակ գնահատվել է ԵՊՀ ռեկտորի՝ 2023-2024 ուստարվա գործունեության հաշվետվությունը, 2021-2026 թթ․ զարգացման ռազմավարական ծրագրի կատարողականը, հաստատվել են նոր՝ ԵՊՀ 2025-2030 թթ․ զարգացման ռազմավարական ծրագիրը, առաջարկված կառուցվածքային փոփոխությունները, 2025 թ․ կառուցվածքը, հաստիքացուցակը, եկամուտների և ծախսերի տարեկան նախահաշիվը (բյուջե), պայմանագրեր և ԵՊՀ տարածքի մի մասը վարձակալության տրամադրելու վերաբերյալ առաջարկությունը։ Նիստի ժամանակ տեղի է ունեցել նաև ԵՊՀ ԻՄ տնօրենի ընտրությունը։
