YSU HR ROADMAP AND ACTIONS TO BE TAKEN WERE DISCUSSED WITHIN THE FRAMEWORK OF "MINERVA" PROGRAM
A meeting-discussion organized in a hybrid format was held in the research classroom of YSU, during which the steps and current activities implemented within the framework of "MINERVA" program were presented to YSU young researchers and post-graduate students.
MINERVA (Strengthening Research Management and Open Science Capacities of HEIs in Moldova and Armenia) project is implemented within the framework of the European Union Erasmus + program.
The main goal of the program is to develop the necessary conditions and basic principles for the implementation of open science in the universities of Armenia and Moldova.
The main components of the program are:
- Developing a human resource management strategy for researchers
- Working with open sources.
Postgraduate students and young researchers expressed their concerns and received answers to their questions.
